Siri Mahila Sadhikaraka Welfare Society (SMSWS) supports women, youth and vulnerable families to build sustainable livelihoods through skill development, micro-enterprise promotion and financial literacy. Our programme focuses on improving employability, strengthening economic resilience and enabling long-term income generation.
